My Health 101

finally, last Tuesday, i was able to visit a doctor..i told her my complaints, numbness of my right face, restlesness of my right body esp. my arm, severe headache, neck and back pain...whewww...at least i finally told my story to an expert..but i need a second opinion..i also would like to check my eyes.. ......to be continued

Taxi Ride

Mura jug ko ug rich for the past weeks..cge lang sakay-sakay taxi.. But its really comfortable and for safety reasons..dili jud hinuon kabayran ang safety esp. kung gabie wherein we really need to be cautious jud.. So far, pina ka the best taxi na akong nasakyan kay ang Ken..nindot cya.. Di ko ganahan ug taxi nga kagang-kagang kay di jud worth it ang plite..

The faculty of Playhouse Children Center and BRIGHT Academy had their Mind Mapping Seminar Workshop at the AVR from Sept. 4 to 5, 2009. It was informative. A mind map is a diagram used to represent words , ideas , tasks, or other items linked to and arranged around a central key word or idea. Mind maps are used to generate , visualize , structure , and classify ideas, and as an aid in study , organization , problem solving , decision making , and writing. The elements of a given mind map are arranged intuitively according to the importance of the concepts, and are classified into groupings, branches, or areas, with the goal of representing semantic or other connections between portions of information. Mind maps may also aid recall of existing memories . By presenting ideas in a radial, graphical, non-linear manner, mind maps encourage a brainstorming approach to planning and organizational tasks.
